Andrea’s approach is shaped by the belief that family law should give people certainty, not more uncertainty, at a time when they already have enough of it. She works to resolve matters through negotiation or mediation wherever that’s genuinely achievable, and takes matters to court when litigation is necessary. Andrea appears regularly before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and is well known in the local family law community among registrars, magistrates, counsel and colleagues.
Clients often come to Andrea after a relationship has ended and families are in transition. Her commitment is to provide certainty for those going through separation, ensuring they can confidently move forward.
